What it is — and isn’t

Nothing is stored. The logo you add, the photos you attach in print, and everything you mark live only in your browser for this one session and are gone when you reload. The job / inspection # is free text you type; it is never auto-numbered. There is no inspection history, customer database, re-inspection scheduling, or stored photo gallery here — that is full pest-control software territory.

This worksheet is the inspector’s field notes — a pre-treatment diagnosis. The pesticide application log is its post-treatment counterpart, and when findings turn into a bid, the pest control pricing and the quote generator are where the numbers live.
