What we make

Fieldwynn is one dependable toolkit, not a pile of disconnected calculators. Each tool answers a single real question — for a service business, that's what to charge for a job, how many jobs cover your break-even, or what a fair late fee is — then gets out of your way. Everything runs in your browser, so you get an instant answer with nothing to install and no account to create.

Our honesty contract

We hold ourselves to four standing promises. They are not marketing; they describe how the product actually works, and we won't add a feature that breaks one of them.

• Just the answer. The calculator is the first thing on every page. The explanation, the formula, and the fine print sit below the result, never in front of it.
• No email wall. The result is never gated behind your contact details — no signup, no "check your rate" form, no ads standing between you and the answer. The one ask on the site is an optional early-access signup for the pre-launch Fieldwynn app; it sits below the tool and never blocks it.
• We show our work. Every tool names the formula it uses and cites the source behind it. On tools whose data changes over time — tax tables, inflation figures — we show when we last reviewed them.
• Your numbers stay yours. Calculations happen in your browser. We don't send what you type to a server, and we don't have an account system to store it in.

How we make money

Right now, the tools bring in no revenue. Fieldwynn runs no ads, no paid tier, and no affiliate links, and we sell your data to no one. What we are doing is building the Fieldwynn field-service app — and these free tools are how operators find it. Below each tool is an optional early-access signup for Fieldwynn; it is pre-launch, so there is nothing to buy, just a list to join. That is the honest deal: free, ungated tools, and an upfront invitation to the app we are building. We would rather disclose that plainly than pretend the tools have no commercial purpose.

Your numbers stay yours

The numbers you enter are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us. We have no login and no server-side database, so there is no account holding your data. A few tools that keep a log — like the pesticide application worksheet or a saved quote — store it in your browser's local storage on your device, and you can clear it at any time. How we show our work

We believe a tool you can't check isn't worth trusting. Each tool shows the formula it uses and links the authoritative source behind it — a government body like the SBA or the Department of Labor where one owns the number, and a recognized industry reference where none does. Our methodology page explains how we choose formulas, what we mean by "estimate," and how often we review the tools that go out of date. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or professional adviser, and we never invent reviews, ratings, or "reviewed by" credentials we don't have.
