How this worksheet works (and what it is not)
This is a fill-in field-notes sheet, not a calculator — there is no formula, no computed result, and deliberately no verdict, score, or "all-clear" certification. It records what you observe; it judges nothing. Type and mark on the left and the one-page worksheet on the right updates live; print it or save it as a PDF when you're ready.
The worksheet mirrors the familiar section order of the federal NPMA-33 (General Information → Findings → Recommendations → Obstructions → Additional comments) so your notes transcribe cleanly. It borrows only that neutral order and the field categories — never the official form's wording, certification language, registration-number framing, or layout. Some labels (Sections III/IV) are neutral paraphrases, not the official in-form strings.
In the findings grid, every organism row starts at "No visible evidence" — mark only the exceptions, and a location line opens for the ones you mark. A fully blank sheet prints cleanly as a hand-fill worksheet.
This worksheet is not the official Form NPMA-33 and has no regulatory, lending, real-estate, or legal validity. For any transaction you need the official form completed by a licensed inspector. Nothing you enter is saved — it prints locally.
