What is Conducive Conditions?
Conducive conditions are site conditions a wood-destroying organism inspection records as likely to lead to infestation, separate from damage already found. California's Structural Pest Control Act draws that line in the report itself: an inspection report must separately identify "the infestation or infection that is evident" and "the conditions that are present that are deemed likely to lead to infestation or infection" (Business and Professions Code 8516).
