Snow Removal Contract Template
Free, no-signup snow removal contract template: fill the fields in your browser and download an editable Word plowing agreement with accumulation trigger, four-way pricing menu.
How to use this template
A snow-removal contract pins down the four things winter disputes turn on: when you show up (the accumulation trigger), what you clear (covered operations and areas), how you charge (the pricing menu), and who eats the liability when someone slips on ice. Fill the fields and the 13-section agreement updates live. Every blank you leave falls back to a bracketed placeholder, so the document is usable before you have typed anything — and you can download it as-is and finish in Word.
The accumulation trigger is the depth that starts service —
common values are 1–3 in., lower for commercial lots and higher for
residential drives. It is a blank with a 2 example, not a fixed
rule; edit it for your job. Toggle the input between inches and centimeters;
the stored value is the same depth either way.
The pricing menu shows all four models side by side — per-push, seasonal flat, hourly + equipment, and a per-inch tier. Check the one(s) you use; the rest print as "— not selected —" so the signed document shows what was excluded. The late fee is descriptive contract text only — this template does not calculate or charge it; for the math, use the late-fee calculator.
The slip-and-fall indemnity in section 7 is the clause these contracts exist for. It carries a gross-negligence / willful-misconduct carve-out and a review-with-counsel note: liability is the sharp edge of a snow contract, so have this term reviewed for your jurisdiction. Parties sign the printed copy offline; nothing here is saved, and this template moves no money and is not an e-signature service.
