Tasks are pre-seeded — edit, remove, or add your own. Mark Done or N/A on each.

Task names only — set the actual mow height for the grass type and region on site.

Optional rows (irrigation, safety glance)

Off by default. Turn on the rows you want included on the sheet.

How this sheet works

This is a fill-in checklist, not a calculator — there is no formula and no score. The task list comes pre-seeded with the standard per-visit lawncare routine (mow, edge, string-trim, blow, weed beds, mulch, prune, leaves/debris). Edit any label, remove a row, or add your own with + Add task. Mark each task Done or N/A; the small caption above the footer counts the boxes — "<done> of <applicable> tasks marked done", where applicable excludes anything marked N/A. It is a courtesy readout, never a grade or a "passed inspection" aggregate.

Irrigation and an equipment / site safety glance are optional rows, off by default — turn them on to include them on the sheet. The Commercial variant adds one Pass / Needs-follow-up flag per task for property-manager QA walkthroughs; Standard hides it. A fully blank sheet prints cleanly as a fill-by-hand form.

The mow row is task-named — it does not hardcode a height, because the correct mow height varies by grass type and region; set it on site. There are no money fields anywhere: this sheet standardizes what happens on each visit, not what it costs. Nothing you type is saved.
