    How this sheet works

This is a fill-in checklist, not a calculator — there is no score and no graded result. Walk the property, mark each line, and the one-page sheet on the right updates live; print it or save it as a PDF when you're done.

The walk type toggle (Pre-quote scope vs Post-service QA) relabels the sheet's title and signature framing only — the fields stay the same, so one document serves both the bid walk and the sign-off walk. Each element section is pre-seeded with the typical line items and is fully editable: add a row, remove a row, or rename an item on site. The Annual Flower Beds section starts collapsed because it's seasonal; expand it to include it.

Each line gets a Pass / Needs attention / Fail mark. The one computed element is the flagged-items punch list at the foot: every row you mark Fail or Needs attention is collected there automatically, grouped by section — a descriptive filter, never rolled into a pass-rate or certification grade:

punch list = rows marked Fail or Needs attention
flagged count = number of those rows

Nothing is stored — the logo and everything you mark live only in your browser for this session. The signature lines record that a walk happened; they certify nothing. The irrigation section is a visual check only and is not a backflow or irrigation certification. This checklist is deliberately price-free — when a scope walk turns into a bid, the landscaping estimate and the quote generator are where the numbers live.
