Termite Bait Station Quantity Estimator
Turn your foundation perimeter into the number of in-ground termite bait stations to buy — canonical 10 ft spacing, rounded up so no gap exceeds the spacing.
How this is calculated
Walk the foundation with a tape, enter the perimeter (or the house length and width), and we divide by your spacing interval and round up. Rounding up is the whole point: flooring would leave a gap larger than the maximum recommended spacing, so a fractional result always becomes the next whole station. Interior monitoring adds 1 station per 1,000 sq ft; high-risk extras are a pass-through count you choose for your property.

interior stations = ceil(interior area ÷ 1,000 sq ft) (when enabled)
high-risk extras = your number (pass-through)
total stations = perimeter + interior + extras
