How this template works

Pick a service type and add it as a line: one-time seeds a single fixed rate, green-to-clean seeds a low–high range row (because chemical and time demand are unknown until treatment starts), and recurring seeds a per-visit or monthly line with a tier label. Every seeded figure is an advisory starting point you overwrite — they are not authoritative quotes.

The totals block sums each line and rolls up to a subtotal, optional discount, optional tax, and a total. When any row is a range, the engine runs twice — once at every range row's low, once at its high — and the subtotal and total print as a band:

fixed line = qty × rate
range line  = { qty × low, qty × high }
subtotal    = Σ line amounts
taxable     = max(0, subtotal − discount)
tax         = taxable × tax rate%
total       = taxable + tax
range present → subtotal & total are a low–high band

The estimate number is suggested for this session only — it is never auto-incremented across sessions, and nothing you enter is saved. The deposit is a descriptive line only; it is never subtracted from a balance or processed. The valid-until date is the estimate date plus your valid-for days.
