    How this form works

This is a fill-in form, not a calculator — there is no math, no score, and no pass/fail verdict. Type into the rows on the left and the one- to two-page condition sheet on the right updates live; print it or save it as a PDF when you're ready. A blank sheet prints fine to hand-mark while you walk the property.

The section skeleton follows the recognized inspection areas — structure and surface, deck, equipment, safety, electrical, and a water-chemistry snapshot — with a simple Good / Fair / Poor / N-A condition note per line and free-text notes. The equipment table is the differentiator: optional make / model so the sheet stands alone, plus a filter pressure reading and filter type on the filter row and a heater type on the heater row.

Two things are deliberately descriptive, never graded. The condition on each line is your observation — it is recorded and printed independently and never rolled into a score or certification. The water-chemistry grid shows the ideal range beside your reading purely as a reference column; the form does not flag a reading low or high. Flagging readings against safe-to-swim ranges is a separate job — it lives in a per-visit pool service report, not on this condition snapshot.

Nothing you enter is saved. The logo, the photos, and every field live only in your browser for this one session and are gone when you reload. The photo slots are reserved placeholders to print and attach — a static client-side form cannot persist images. There is no saved inspection library, submission history, scheduling, or corrective-action tracking here.
