next service date = last service date + effective interval
How?
This tool does one piece of date arithmetic: it adds an interval (in days) to your last service date to give the next service date, then divides 365 by that interval for the implied visits per year, and steps the schedule forward by the same interval for each upcoming visit.
Two ways to set the interval. Pick Plan cadence and
a named cadence fixes the interval directly: monthly = 30 days (12/yr),
bi-monthly = 60 (6/yr), quarterly = 90 (4/yr), semi-annual = 182 (2/yr),
annual = 365 (1/yr). Or pick Residual life and the interval is
round(residual days × safety factor), floored to a minimum of
one day. A safety factor below 1.0 reservices you before the barrier fully
decays — 0.9 reservices at 90% of the residual window, leaving no protection
gap. A residual entered in months converts to days at ×30.
Worked examples. Last service 2026-06-20 on a quarterly plan → +90 days → next service 2026-09-18, ≈ 4 visits/year. A 75-day residual at a 0.9 safety factor → round(67.5) = 68 days → next service 2026-08-27, ≈ 5 visits/year. A residual entered as 3 months normalizes to 90 days, so at 0.9 → 81 days → 2026-09-09.
We don't offer a pest-type recommender. The per-pest interval table our research found was unverified and cut — residual life and plan cadence are the sourced inputs we ship. Standard residual sprays run roughly 30–90 days (eco/natural ~2 weeks); residential plans cluster at quarterly (4/yr), with monthly (12/yr) common in the Southern U.S. and for active infestations.
